Monster Truck Destroyer Instructions

If you have played side scrolling driving and truck games before, the control scheme of Monster Truck Destroyer should be very easy for you to pick up. Just like in most truck games, you need to use the keyboard's arrow keys for the most part: (1) Press up to drive forward and hold it down to accelerate. (2) The left and right arrow keys, on the other hand, tilt or rotate your monster truck to the chosen direction. (3) If you need to stop, press the down arrow key for brakes and to put that massive truck on a total halt. Hold it down to go reverse. The options menu, on the other hand, serves a lot of uses. From there, you can heighten the quality of the game... it's resolution to be precise. HOWEVER, if your computer is lagging a bit and you find it quite uncomfortable to play, I suggest that you town down the quality and resolution. Now, as for the sound effects and the background music, if rock music and explosive audio isn't your cup of tea, no biggie. You can switch it on or off from the options menu. OK, now that we have taken care of the controls and some options, let's take a closer look at the game.

Monster Truck Destroyer Walkthrough

It comes with massive wheels, showcases a HUGE and nicely painted chassis, and the ear blazing background music will surely get you pumped up for wreaking everything in sight - if this is your kind of game, Monster Truck Destroyer is a truck game you should take a look at. The title tells you pretty much everything about the game - you are driving a monstrous truck and you mission is to destroy pretty much everything you encounter along the road.

The mission is very straightforward and easy to understand - there are cars and different appliances along the way. What should you do? DESTROY THEM! Also, there are bombs scattered all over the levels and you need to collect them for additional points. What baffles me though is that you can't seem to put those bombs to good use. I mean, instead of collecting them like they are Super Mario coins, don't you think it would be much better if you could put them in your inventory and toss them whenever you want that extra dose of destruction and firepower unleashed to whatever it is you want to destroy? I don't know about you BUT I think this is a better way of using bombs. :)

Anyway, back to the game, Monster Truck Destroyer comes with 12 levels that are increasing in difficulty. Depending on your skill level with truck games, you can finish the game within an hour or so. Well, it doesn't have a lot of levels and game modes to play in. HOWEVER, the 3 unlockable vehicles - 2 extra monster trucks and a bonus monster bus... fully equipped with not just massive BUT spiky wheels, give Monster Truck Destroyer some replay value. If you want to unlock and use those trucks and monster bus, go play the game again.

Another surprising aspect of the trucks in this game is that they are not hard at all to control and maneuver. If you are a veteran truck games player, you will surely agree that most of the time, you almost need to sink your fingers on the keyboard's arrow buttons to get the monster truck go to the right direction. The trucks here are very responsive and their speed and acceleration reaches their peak quite fast too!

Comes with nice graphics, background music that suits the game, PLUS gives you pure doses of destruction and fun - this is Monster Truck Destroyer. Play it NOW!
